By David SavonaThis one debuted in October 2024, but back then the only way to get it was at Lux Row Distillery in Bardstown. Earlier this year, it was expanded for sale nationwide. It's a 4 year old bourbon made with a rye-heavy mashbill finished for 6 months in casks that held PX sherry. It's grippy and flavorful, loaded with baked apple, cinnamon spice, caramel corn, and a long finish reminiscent of a honey cough drop.
